Case ACHiEVEMENTS

During the 1990’s, P. Joseph Nicola  served as lead counsel or sole counsel for the injured plaintiff in over 50 jury trials, non-jury trials or arbitration hearings with a length of one to three days. He prepared and prosecuted to conclusion, either by trial or settlement, over 250 cases involving both physical and economic injuries.

Since 2009, Mr. Nicola has and continues to represent families who want to keep their homes from mortgage foreclosure. His law firm has represented home owners in Mortgage Foreclosure Defense in multiple counties in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
